Absolutely — cash is first-class here, not an afterthought. Record a cash payment (even a partial amount) in the admin panel, noting who collected it and when. It still counts toward your takings, GST and the instructor’s commission.
No. Card payments run through your own Stripe account, so the money lands with you and we don’t take a cut. (Stripe’s standard processing fee still applies, as it would anywhere.)

The student gets your BSB/account or PayID and an automatic order reference, shown on a confirmation page and emailed to them. When you see the funds arrive, you mark it received and the booking confirms.
Yes to both. Every order shows paid vs outstanding, and GST is tracked on each transaction so your BAS is straightforward. You can also download an invoice for any order.
